TEAM BREAKDOWN AND EVENT SCHEDULE
8 Total Individual Team Events per class
The class will be divided into teams. There should be 8 teams of 10 students (BDR classes) and 8 teams of 5 students (Banfi Classes). Students in each team will work together throughout the session and will be chosen by the instructor randomly. Each team will be responsible for the duties associated with their daily assignment depending on placement based on the station list below. Please note that of the 8 events that that your class will perform, for 4 of the events will have you will be a guest in the dining room making service observations and evaluations.
