Singapore FAB 467 Summer II

Student Food and Beverage Budget Handout

As you develop your budget for your event you will use the following information to guide you. The amounts listed below are in a per student amount. That means that if you have a group with 10 students you will multiply each line item by 10 to get your total working capital for the event.

The example at the bottom of your page is given based on a group size of 13 students. Keep in mind that you may use a portion of the budget from one area to supplement the budget for another area. In the example at the bottom I have eliminated decorations and added the $8 to my food budget because I will use the flowers that are growing outside and the items we have on hand already for centerpieces. Not all categories are transferable, please refer to the bottom of this page for fixed costs that are not transferable. These choices will be up to your groups. Good Luck!
